Resumo: O presente artigo procurou avaliar os impactos do Acordo Comercial entre União Europeia (UE) e Mercosul na economia brasileira, concentrando-se no setor do café torrado e solúvel (beneficiado) que terão as tarifas de exportação eliminadas em 4 anos após a implantação do acordo. Este consistirá em uma das maiores áreas de livre comércio do mundo e espera-se que a eliminação das tarifas aumente em 33% a exportação do setor de café beneficiado para a UE. Empregou-se a análise de Insumo-Produto, a partir de dados das contas nacionais com 128 produtos e 68 setores de 2017, para estimar os índices de ligação de Rasmussen-Hirschman, índices de dispersão e os multiplicadores do produto, renda, impostos e emprego. Observou-se que o aumento nas exportações proporcionará aumento no valor bruto da produção nacional de R$ 158,3 milhões (direta e indiretamente), além de gerar 1,2 mil novos empregos, R$ 24,6 milhões em renda do trabalho e R$ 6,5 milhões em impostos. Mesmo não sendo um setor-chave na economia brasileira, verificou-se que o crescimento das exportações de café beneficiado, após o acordo, favorecerá a atividade econômica no país, proporcionando crescimento da produção nacional, emprego, renda e impostos.

Abstract: The present article evaluated the impacts of the Trade Agreement between the European Union (EU) and Mercosur on the Brazilian economy, focusing on the sector of roasted and soluble coffee (processed), which will have export tariffs eliminated in 4 years after its implementation. This may be considered one of the largest free trade areas in the world, and the elimination of tariffs is expected to increase exports of the processed coffee sector to the EU by 33%. Input-Product analysis was used, based on data from the national accounts with 128 products and 68 sectors in 2017, to estimate the Rasmussen-Hirschman connection indexes, dispersion indexes, product, income, taxes, and job multipliers. It was observed that the increase in exports may provide an increase in the gross value of national production of R$ 158.3 million (directly and indirectly), in addition to generating 1.2 thousand new jobs, R$ 24.6 million in labor income, and R$ 6.5 million in taxes. Even though this agreement is not considered a key sector in the Brazilian economy, it was found that the growth of processed coffee exports, after its implementation, may favor the country's economic activity, providing growth in national production, employment, income, and taxes.

O artigo propõe e avalia três metodologias para estimar matrizes energéticas nacionais mais desagregadas a partir dos dados da matriz insumo-produto (MIP). Para avaliar os resultados, foram construídas três matrizes insumo-produto híbridas. As análises de correlação e de acuidade dos multiplicadores, índices de ligação setoriais, requerimentos de energia e emissões de CO2 mostraram convergência de resultados nos métodos Base BEN e Base MIP Ajustada. Conclui-se, portanto, que o uso de coeficientes insumo-produto, como ponderadores de expansão do consumo setorial de energia, permite estimar matrizes energéticas consistentes e que são válidas as análises estruturais da economia realizadas com base nelas.

This paper proposes and evaluates three methods for estimating more disaggregated national energy matrices from input-output matrix (IPM) data. To evaluate the results three hybrid input-output matrices were built. Correlation and acuity of multipliers analyses, binding sectorial indices, energy requirements and CO2 emissions showed convergence results in BEN Base and Base Adjusted MIP methods.We conclude, therefore, that the use of input-output coefficients as weights for sectorial energy consumption expansion allows to estimate consistent energy matrices and that the structural analyzes of the economy based on them are valid.

O objetivo do presente artigo foi analisar o impacto do Programa Habitacional Minha Casa, Minha Vida na economia brasileira mediante a dinamização do setor da construção civil, utilizando a matriz de insumo-produto de 2008 para estimação dos geradores e multiplicadores de produção, renda, emprego e impostos. Os resultados mostraram que o setor da construção civil apresentou ligações para trás e para frente abaixo da média dos setores da economia. No entanto, considerando o valor de R$ 125,7 bilhões previstos para investimento no período em análise, constatou-se que haverá crescimento significativo na renda paga aos trabalhadores, serão criados cerca de 7 milhões de empregos diretos e indiretos, haverá aumento na produção de cerca de 6% do PIB em valores de 2010, e pelo menos 16% do valor dos subsídios dados nos contratos de financiamento do PMCMV voltarão aos cofres públicos.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of the "My House, My Life" Housing Program in the Brazilian economy through the dynamic of the construction industry. The input-output matrix was used to estimate the generators and multipliers of production, income, employment and taxes. The results indicated that the construction industry had forward and backwards links below the average of the economy sectors. However, considering the amount of R$ 125,7 billions planned for investment in the period under review, the conclusion was made that there will be a meaningful increase in workers' income, 7 millions of direct and indirect jobs will be created, there will be an approximate 6% increase in the production of GDP in 2010 figures and, at least, 16% of the subsides offered in the financing contracts of this program will return to the Government.

Esta pesquisa teve como principal objetivo a análise da distribuição mais eficiente de granjas suinícolas no Estado de Goiás. O modelo de localização desenvolvido envolveu uma estrutura de programação inteira mista. Os fatores considerados para o objetivo do estudo foram os custos de transporte de grãos (milho e soja) até a granja, o custo de transporte de suínos até o abatedouro e o custo de transporte de carcaça de suíno até o mercado consumidor. Definiu-se como mercado consumidor o próprio Estado de Goiás, o Distrito Federal e os municípios de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Belo Horizonte. Além disso, determinou-se também as ofertas de milho e soja de cada microrregião do Estado de Goiás, e o consumo per capita nacional de carne suína. Considerou-se três cenários, envolvendo níveis distintos de consumo per capita, sendo um o atual e os outros dois determinados de acordo com as perspectivas do setor.

The main purpose of this research work was to analyse the most efficient spatial distribution of pig production units in the state of Goiás. The model developed required a mixed integer programming structure. The factors considered in the model were: the grain transportation cost (corn and soybeans) from the source to the production unit, the cost of transporting the animals from the production unit to slaughterhouses and the carcass transportation cost from the slaughterhouse to retailers. The consumption market was spatialy defined as comprising the state of Goiás, the Distrito Federal and the counties of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. Moreover, it was determined the supplies of corn and soybeans for each microregion in the state of Goiás and the national per capita pork consumption. Three scenarios, showing different per capita consumption levels, were considered. One of these is the current per capita consumption level and the two other were determined according to sector perspectives.
